The Instagram support team will review your Report and decide whether your lost Instagram drafts can be restored.
Step 1: Go to your Instagram profile and tap on the Menu icon in the top right corner

Step 3: Select the Recently deleted option in the Your Activity screen.
Step 4: On the Recently deleted screen, you can find the Reels, stories, and post you deleted.
Step 5: Now, open the Reel you want to restore. Tap on the three dots menu option in the top right corner and select Restore.
Step 6: Finally, tap the Restore option from the confirmation popup.
This way, you can restore your lost Instagram Drafts.
