1) Open your Instagram app and click on your Profile icon in the bottom right corner to reach your Profile page.
2) Tap on the photo/video that you want to remove from your feed.
3) Tap on the three dots on the top right corner to access the image options.
4) Select the delete option, and finally, you will be asked to confirm in a popup window. Tap Delete to remove your photo/video permanently from Instagram.
