1) Open twitter.com and log in.
2) Click More from the left side menu and go to Settings and Privacy.
3) In settings, select Accessibility, display, and languages.
4) Select languages.
5) Click on display language to change your preferred language from the list of languages available.
6) Finally, click Save.
