1) Open the Skype Desktop application and sign in.
2) After signing in, click on your profile picture in the top left corner to open the settings menu.
3) For the second time, click on your profile picture again from the dropdown menu to upload a new image.
4) Now, select the image you prefer from your computer to change your profile picture on Skype.
How to change Profile Picture on Skype Mobile App
1) Open Skype App and sign in to your account.
2) Tap on your profile picture at the center top.
3) Again tap on the profile image to change the Skype profile picture.
Note:
Unlike Skype for desktop, users can either upload the image directly from their smartphone or capture a new picture from their smartphone camera.
